Returns & Refunds Policy
At Host Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. It is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we may accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For change of mind returns, you may choose an exchange, store credit, or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. In these cases:

- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Once the returned item is inspected, we will provide a suitable remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
- Please note that our towels are vacuum-sealed to reduce their carbon footprint; if the towels look flat on receipt, we do recommend laundering them prior to use. If you have ordered Heritage sheets they are required to be professionally laundered and ironed at high temperatures before use as advised on the product page. We cannot accept returns on these items if you do not follow these instructions.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Perishable or consumable products such as our Herbology range
- Items that have been opened, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or sale items
How to Return an Item

- Contact us at 02 9516 4533 or service@hostsupplies.com.au with your order number and details of the return.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
